3. Precise cutting operation.
The plasma powers from a range of famous brands, such as American Hypertherm, Victor, Kaliburn, Germany Kjellberg, are available. The cutting edge is quite smooth (Ra≤12.5), and the cutting edge perpendicularity is equal to or less than 2°. The kerf width is about half of normal plasma cutting’s. The overall cutting edge performance has reached the lower limit for the laser cutting edges, saving clients much material and time. Comparing with normal plasma cutting machine our CNC precision plasma cutting machine can meet higher requirements for perpendicularity, smoothness, precision and so on.

4. Lower cutting cost.
The laser class plasma power’s electrode and nozzle have 5-7 times longer service lives than normal plasma power does. Thus the cutting cost and maintenance fee of the CNC plasma cutting unit are both saved to a great extend.

5. Great height controller.
This device can protect workers’ eyesight against arc light. Besides, it can also automatically and continuously adjust the height of the cutting torch above an uneven steel plate to maintain a constant distance between the cutting torch and the plate. Thus the collision between the nozzle and steel plate will be avoided. Cutting operation can be conducted continuously, consumable items reduced and productivity enhanced. Ultimately, the cutting performance is improved.

6. Improved structure design.
We adopt first-class special design, wider moving station and imported linear guide with “L-type super-position techniques” installation way to make the running more stable and ensure the high precision of precision plasma or laser class plasma. The minimum vertical degree can be controlled within 1°, and this precision represents the highest level in China.






7. Imported nesting software.
We use Fast CAM software (an Australian CAM nesting software) for automatic plate nesting. Then the steel and consumable materials can be largely saved, and the productivity will be enhanced. Different kinds of cutting technique such as automatic common edge cutting, automatic bridge cutting and automatic chain cutting are all available. The software of our CNC precision plasma cutting machine has multi-languages (optional) interfaces. You can choose Chinese (simplified), English, Russian, Spanish, Romanian, Korean, Germany, Portuguese, Polish, Slovak and Traditional Chinese.
