The unlimited rotary flame cutting machine is suitable for cutting V-type bevel linearly or in curve combination shapes. The cutting angle can be adjusted manually at a range from -45° to 45° to meet the welding demands for the bevel shapes. This cutting machine is typically for the bevel cutting of carbon steel plates with a thickness from 6 mm to 35 mm. The unique three cutting torch structure can achieve unlimited rotation of the cutter head, facilitating the cutting program design remarkably.

The control system of the unlimited rotary flame cutter is purchased from American Hypertherm Group. It is developed on the basis of the famous Windows interface. The operation is quite simple, just like using your PC. We have been using this system for years. 7. Three cutting torch swiveling head.
It is developed on our own and comprises four channel high pressure oxygen converter, gas control solenoid valve set, swiveling three cutting torch main structure and flame cutting torch. So the flame cutting equipment can cut V-type bevel linearly or in curve combination shapes.
8. Precise height control system.
Height sensors are used in the height controller of the unlimited rotary flame cutting machine. The cutting torch can keep consistent distance from steel plate, ensuring that the fluctuation of steel plate won’t impact the cutting performance. So the cases that cutting torches hit the steel plates will also be avoided, extending the cutting torches’ service life.
